$20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support children in achieving their developmental goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs, to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
- Monitor and record progress, providing detailed reports to track improvements and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with children in a positive and encouraging manner, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in autism therapy.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering insights and updates on their child's progress.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing ideas and feedback to improve our therapy programs and services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs.
- Proven track record of collecting and recording data to provide insights for refining intervention strategies.
- Strong communication skills to engage with families and share progress and strategies.
- Commitment to participating in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Ability to maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and growth.
- Skill in adapting interventions in real-time based on client responses for effective care.
