About us

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is a technology-enabled property management service and platform focused primarily on single-family rental homes and small residential portfolios across the United States.

Originally known as Renters Warehouse, the company was rebranded in April 2026 after being acquired by GA Technologies.

Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Construction Field Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting single-family residential rehab projects across the DFW area. The Construction Field Coordinator supports field operations by handling on-site tasks that keep properties secure, compliant, and ready for work. While the role functions as a runner, it also includes coordinated field responsibilities such as vacancy checks, lock changes, storm-related inspections, and basic property upkeep. This person is the boots-on-the-ground support that responds quickly, handles logistical needs, and ensures properties are maintained according to company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Conduct vacancy checks and document property condition.

• Replace locks, secure entry points, and ensure properties remain protected.

• Perform property winterization procedures according to established protocols.

• Complete inspections after major weather events, documenting damage and hazards.

• Assist with light labor tasks as directed (debris pickup, small repairs, minor site prep).

• Transport materials, tools, and equipment between properties, vendors, and the office.

• Communicate property issues, delays, or hazards to supervisors immediately.

• Verify work completion on-site and provide photos or reports as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow all safety procedures.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Company vehicle will be provided for work related travel.

• Strong reliability and punctuality—this role depends on consistency.

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round.

• Basic mechanical or handyman skills (changing locks, minor fixes, etc.).

• Ability to follow detailed procedures (winterization, inspections, vacancy checks).

• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for photos, documentation, and navigation.

• Strong communication skills—clear reporting of property conditions and issues.

• High attention to detail when documenting property status, hazards, or damage.

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Clean, professional conduct when entering properties or interacting with vendors.

Education and/or Experience

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably in single-family homes.
