Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform various tasks to support the production process, including palletizing, case packing, blending, and quality inspections. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform production tasks such as palletizing, case packing, blending, and rework.
Maintain a steady work pace to meet production goals.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene standards.
Follow verbal and written instructions, accepting feedback to improve work performance.
Communicate with team members about material needs, quality issues, or safety concerns.
Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs, twisting, and bending.
Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
