We are seeking a strategic and data-driven performance marketing leader to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth through scalable paid marketing programs.
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, experimentation, analytics, and execution, with ownership across the full performance marketing funnel.
You will develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns, transforming insights and investments into measurable business outcomes.

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition initiatives to accelerate growth and maximize marketing impact. The role involves:
- Developing and executing performance marketing strategies aligned with user acquisition, activation, conversion, and revenue growth objectives.
- Owning multi-channel paid marketing programs across platforms such as paid social, affiliates, display, native, programmatic, app-focused channels, influencer partnerships, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
- Building annual and quarterly acquisition roadmaps based on growth goals, audience insights, experimentation results, and funnel performance analysis.
- Managing paid channel performance end-to-end, including strategy development, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and budget allocation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, scale acquisition efforts, and increase self-serve revenue contribution.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators including engagement, signups, trial starts, activation rates, customer acquisition costs, conversions, retention, lifetime value, and revenue impact.
- Translating performance data into actionable recommendations, investment decisions, and continuous optimization strategies.
- Designing and leading structured experimentation programs across audiences, channels, messaging, creative assets, offers, and funnel stages.
- Partnering with Analytics, Growth, Product, and other cross-functional teams to define hypotheses, measure results, and scale successful initiatives.
- Building and leveraging AI agents and automated workflows to streamline campaign execution, improve reporting, and uncover performance insights faster.
- Creating strong feedback loops to improve trial-to-paid conversion rates and long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketing professional with a strong background in growth strategies, paid acquisition, and data-driven optimization. Candidates should bring:
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) and/or self-serve business models.
- Hands-on expertise managing paid acquisition channels, including paid social platforms such as Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, affiliate programs, and consumer-focused marketing channels.
- Proven experience driving measurable improvements in user acquisition, trial growth, conversions, and revenue through paid marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, B2C, or prosumer growth models, with experience optimizing customer journeys from acquisition to retention.
- Deep knowledge of funnel optimization, experimentation methodologies, and free-to-paid conversion strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience evaluating ROI, CAC, LTV, marginal returns, and marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to connect marketing activities with business outcomes such as activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience working collaboratively with Product, Growth, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in applying AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows and operational efficiency.
