Summary:

Pella is looking for a Dispatch team member for the Nashville office. Dispatch team members are responsible for coordination deliveries to customers and job sites.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for scheduling and routing deliveries for customers.
• Maintain a computer routing system.
• Prepare all delivery/pick up documents for delivery drivers.
• Utilize maps/internet tools/driver experience to insure efficient routing.
• Coordinate with warehouse to make sure all product is assembled/prefinished prior to scheduling delivery.
• Review completed delivery documents for accuracy and follow up on any issues.
• Other duties as directed by Management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 years relevant work experience in a fast paced office environment.
• Able to perform accurate work in a timely manner following Company policies.
• Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of work.
• Able to work in team environment.
