Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• IT call center experience preferred; handle up to 30 calls daily with strong customer service skills.

• Troubleshoot printers, print queues, applications, hardware, and network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE).

• Manage Active Directory accounts, including OU navigation, password resets, and account unlocks.

• Support iOS devices, including setup, deployment, account resets, and data backup/restore.

• Assist with video conferencing tools such as Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, and Cisco Presence.

• Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Teams, and WebEx.

• Manage ServiceNow tickets, assignments, and hardware deployments.
