  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce/ServiceMax and external enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and ETL platforms.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce security models, sharing rules, role hierarchies, validation rules, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support release management activities, sandbox environments, deployment processes, and system enhancements across multiple projects.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Salesforce ecosystems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, including at least 3 years focused on ServiceMax implementations and development.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, workflows, and custom integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce administration concepts including security models, sharing rules, role hierarchy, release management, and sandbox management.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Knowledge Management, and field service-related solutions.
  • Experience with Data Loader technologies, territory assignment, and enterprise-level Salesforce customization best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in remote environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is strongly preferred.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote contract opportunity with flexible work arrangements.
  • Competitive compensation package based on technical expertise and project experience.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative Salesforce and ServiceMax transformation projects.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale integrations and advanced cloud technologies.
  • Collaborative international work environment with highly skilled technical teams.
  • Professional growth opportunities through challenging projects and evolving Salesforce technologies.
  • Flexible and dynamic remote work culture supporting work-life balance.
  • Potential for long-term project extensions based on performance and business needs.
