Position Summary:
The Weekend Intake / Clinical Supervisor ensures the provision of quality nursing service by assigning staff, providing ongoing direction, guidance and evaluation of hospice nurses, and insures that professional standards are maintained. Assesses request for hospice service and initiates measures to provide for meeting identified service needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) required
Current MA RN License required
One (1) – three (3) years of Hospice & Home Health Care required
