Our Perioperative Services team is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Nurse Manager/Educator to join their team. Nurse Manager responsibilities will include being responsible for facilitation of patient care, operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with Medical Center policies and procedures. Managing patient flow and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources in addition to participating in hospital/unit based quality improvement activities. Participating in collaborative relationships with the interdisciplinary team and assisting in directing and evaluating clinical and support staff. Nurse Educator responsibilities will include curriculum development specific to the perioperative design, updating and revising nursing education to align with regulatory requirements, developing educational material/learning modules, fostering a positive learning environment to promote critical thinking clinical skills, providing ongoing professional development, and overseeing clinical competency and skills validation and onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS: BSN or Nursing Degree, MSN preferred; Current license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN); current CPR Certification. Two - three years clinical nursing specialty leadership preferred.
