Job Title: Manufacturing Team Lead (Bilingual – Spanish)

Location: Euless, Texas
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday – Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Salary: $29.54 plus a 15% shift differential

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who promotes safety, quality, and efficiency while effectively communicating with a bilingual workforce.

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the production team
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and skillsets
• Monitor workflow, identify issues, and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Operations
• Promote a positive, safety-focused work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (Team Lead, Lead Operator, or Supervisor)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety standards, or quality processes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
