The Accounts Receivable Coordinator

  • oversee Accounts Receivable clerk
  • identifies and reconciles discrepancies
  • reconciles amounts applied on account
  • ensures timely collection payments
  • maintains accurate records and reports
  • refers overdue accounts to supervisor
  • prepares Aging reports and month end reports
  • performs other duties as assigned
  • responsible for daily workflow
