Principal Duties and Accountabilities (Essential Functions)

· Cleans and maintains grounds using mowers, trimmers, and other equipment as directed.

· Picks up trash on grounds and assists with plant beautification projects.

· Regularly uses a shovel, broom to clean various parts of the plant.

· Performs Labor functions in and around plant.

· Paints structures.

· Assists with quality samples.

· Performs other project work as needed.

While performing the duties this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee will be

frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions. The employee may occasionally be

exposed to chemicals, solvents, fumes, acids, grease and fuels. The employee may occasionally be exposed to confined

and tight work areas. The noise level in the work environment may be loud.

· Ability to perform job task assignment 8 to 12 hours per day

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. ground to shoulder height frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally

· Requires corrected vision, manual and finger dexterity and hearing to normal range

· Ability to perform tasks on rough uneven surfaces and terrain · Ability to work at heights, in cramped places and around moving objects · Ability to work outside up to 100% of the time · Capable of speaking, sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, climbing ladder and stairs, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping for periods extending to twelve (12) hours per shift.
