We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) with manufacturing experience to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational performance analysis. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean, possesses advanced Excel and data analytics skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, cost analysis, margin improvement, and executive reporting, partnering closely with operations and leadership teams.


Overall responsibilities are not limited to but include the following.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis (volume, price, mix, labor, overhead, standard cost).
  • Analyze manufacturing KPIs including production efficiency, overhead costs, etc.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations.
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to improve cost performance.
  • Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis.
  • Enhance reporting automation and data analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (University degree required)
  • 6+ years of FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)


Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
  • CPA or CMA designation (or in progress)
  • Strong data analytics capabilities (experience with BI tools a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
