Job Description
Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to support enterprise knowledge management, workflow modernization, and process improvement initiatives within a collaborative federal program environment.
This role will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, business owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements supporting Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements
- Ability to translate customer needs into Jira / Power Platform / SharePoint work
- Strong communication and facilitation
- Ability to manage feedback loops and expectations
- Experience with Atlassian and Microsoft collaboration ecosystems
Education Requirements
Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience
