We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to own and grow CoreDux USA’s strategic customer relationships across aerospace, medical device, and industrial accounts. This role is the single point of accountability for the customer experience, driving revenue growth, program execution, and long-term partnership health through every phase from RFQ to production to payment.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned key accounts, serving as the primary commercial and program contact.

· Drive account growth through account planning, opportunity pursuit, pricing strategy, and quote management.

· Manage the RFQ process end-to-end including technical review coordination, pricing development, proposal delivery, and negotiation.

· Lead new program launches from award through production, partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

· Monitor and drive account KPIs including revenue, margin, on-time delivery, quality performance, and DSO.

· Conduct regular business reviews with customers including scorecards, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement commitments.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, LTAs (long-term agreements), and commercial terms in partnership with leadership.

· Resolve customer issues including delivery, quality, and billing escalations — owning the response and driving root cause correction.

· Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts including new parts, new programs, and new business units.

· Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and opportunity pipeline in CRM.

· Partner with Customer Service to ensure seamless day-to-day order execution and communication.

· Represent CoreDux at customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

· 5+ years of B2B account management, sales, or customer program management experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, or related technical industry.

· Demonstrated track record of growing assigned accounts and achieving revenue and margin targets.

· Strong commercial acumen including pricing, quoting, contract negotiation, and margin management.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage from shop-floor to C-suite.

· Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and ERP systems.

· Ability to travel up to 25% (primarily domestic).

Additional Information

Preferred Skills

· Prior experience selling CNC machining, precision components, or contract manufacturing services.

· Experience with AS9100 aerospace customers and supplier scorecards.

· Working knowledge of ITAR/EAR export regulations.

· Experience negotiating long-term agreements (LTAs) and master supply agreements (MSAs).

· Familiarity with lean, continuous improvement, and VAVE (value analysis/value engineering) concepts.

Physical Requirements

· Primarily office-based with regular time on the shop floor.

· Ability to travel by air and car to customer sites up to 25% of the time.

· Ability to wear required PPE when on the production floor.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
