The Role

As TEG's Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll join a close-knit, commercially minded People team that partners closely with leaders across our global portfolio. You'll be the key player behind how we attract and secure exceptional talent, driving quality sourcing, elevating our employer brand, and delivering an outstanding experience for every candidate and hiring manager.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a meaningful opportunity to shape how TEG grows its people and capabilities as we continue delivering the unforgettable live experiences fans love.

(Please note: this is a 3–6 month temporary role, with the vision to go permanent for the right candidate)


Outcomes to deliver

What a day in the life looks like?

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: From job brief to offer, you manage every touchpoint with care, consistency, and a focus on securing the best person for the role.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Build strong working relationships with managers and People Partners, helping them make confident, well-informed hiring decisions
  • Use data to stay on track: Monitor and share recruitment metrics that keep hiring progressing and surface opportunities to improve.
  • Map the market: Maintain a sharp understanding of talent landscapes, competitor movements, and candidate sentiment and bring that intelligence into every conversation.
  • Employer brand: Maintain an active presence across platforms and contribute to how we present TEG as an employer of choice.
  • Stay ahead and bring new thinking: Keep pace with emerging tools, AI, and recruitment innovation, supporting the team in continuously improving how we work.

Capabilities to bring

  • Full-cycle recruitment expertise: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions and levels, with a track record of quality hires.
  • Sourcing savvy: Confident across ATS platforms, LinkedIn, SEEK, and Boolean search, with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
  • Effective relationship skills: You build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, and work well with hiring managers across all levels of the business.
  • Highly organised and adaptable: Comfortable juggling competing priorities, working with ambiguity, and pivoting without losing momentum or quality.
  • Continuous improvement orientation: You spot process gaps and fix them. You’re always looking for a smarter, faster, better way and you bring others along with you.
  • Strong communicator: Personable and direct, with the ability to build working relationships that extend beyond individual hiring processes
