Nature’s Energy is one of Sydney’s most established day spa and bathhouse groups, operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market: wellness, recovery and self-care.

We are now looking for a practical, people-focused HR Advisor to help us strengthen our people systems, support our leaders, and protect what makes Nature’s Energy special as we continue to grow.

The Role

This is a hands-on HR role for someone who likes being close to the business — not advising from the sidelines.

You’ll work with our COO, venue managers and leadership team across our Sydney locations, helping bring consistency, structure and confidence to the way we support our people.

At Nature’s Energy, we believe the “Energy” in Nature’s Energy comes from its people. Your role will be to help make sure that energy is supported, protected and channelled in the right way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting managers with practical, no-nonsense HR advice and be the conduit between our outsourced legal team

• Managing contracts, variations, onboarding and employee lifecycle documentation

• Helping standardise policies, procedures, pay brackets and performance processes

• Coaching managers through employee relations, performance issues and disciplinary matters

• Executing recruitment, including overseas recruitment where required

• Helping build strong HR foundations as the business continues to grow

• Bringing clarity, accountability and consistency across our teams

• Embedding our ideal team player virtues: Humble, Hungry and Smart

• Supporting a culture built around our people

About You

You’re not here to hide behind policy. You like solving problems, supporting people and helping managers lead better.

You might be:

• Hands-on, practical and solutions-focused

• Experienced (minimum 4 years) in HR, People & Culture or employee relations

• Confident with Australian employment law and Modern Awards

• Comfortable working across multiple sites or busy operational teams

• Energised by growth, change and a little organised chaos

• Empathetic, commercially minded and able to build trust quickly

• Someone who understands that all the little things make a big impact

• Someone who enjoys a laugh — because HR does not need to be serious all the time

Bonus points if you have worked in wellness, retail, hospitality, beauty, health, consulting or another service-based business.
