We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Office Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations, support a high‑performing care team, and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate clinical services. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who thrives at the intersection of patient care, team leadership, and operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with internal medicine providers, experts in adult disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, to create an environment where both patients and staff receive the highest level of support. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of care, staff development, and the overall patient experience!
Position Summary
As the Supervisor, Clinical Practice you will oversee and coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This role provides direct supervision, support, and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment grounded in professionalism, ethical practice, and continuous improvement.
The Office supervisor monitors staff performance, offers coaching and feedback, and ensures adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements. In partnership with clinical leadership, this position assists in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, while also supporting staff training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a clinical resource for team in daily problem solving within scope education
• Ensures appropriate patient assessment and treatment
• Responsible for coordination of care and education for patients
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement projects that are identified
• Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations
• Participate in Regulatory Compliance training and activities
• Ensure compliance with established regulations and standards including quality improvement projects, quality assurance, and confidentiality and EHR documentation
• Review and evaluates the work and performance of staff
• Authorize personnel actions and oversees most day-to-day operations of team
• Coordinate staff education, training, standards compliance and performance evaluations
• Responsible for adherence to budget
• Lead and direct the work of others
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years' related experience required
- Previous management experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to maintain a sitting position
