You oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing with intention, and ensure workflows run smoothly so patients receive the support they need without interruption. Your presence as the first point of escalation keeps teams grounded and supported, and your leadership ensures consistent adherence to practice standards, policies, and quality expectations.

What you will do!
• Oversee daily clinical operations, including staff assignments and workload distribution
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and efficient scheduling to meet patient care needs
• Coach, mentor, and support clinical staff to meet quality, documentation, and productivity expectations
• Serve as a clinical resource and primary escalation point for operational concerns
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Support departmental quality improvement initiatives and patient experience priorities
• Communicate operational needs, updates, and issues to Manager Rehabilitation Operations
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
What you will bring:
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist/Speech-Language Pathologist required
• Idaho licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech/language pathologist required
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance clinical expertise with team leadership and daily operational support
• BLS required
Working Conditions
• Must be able to maintain a standing and/or sitting position
• Typical equipment used in a clinical job
• Must be able to stoop, crouch, or bend
• Must be able to push, pull, or transport heavy equipment
