Responsibilities

  • Provide concise weekly status reports for all activities as assigned.
  • Promote idea generation and collaboration sessions with internal teams.
  • Follow process and protocols for data enrichment processes and technologies.
  • Communicate data requirements to counterparts and customers.
  • Communicate process changes to interfacing / cross functional organizations.
  • Escalate data inconsistencies or issues in a timely manner to avoid “fire drill” mode.
  • Track and log issues to be addressed in retrospectives, suggest process improvements.
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments.
  • Enforce workflows and business rules to improve the quality and delivery time for data enrichment
  • Enforce SLA's for Finance Data Administration tasks
  • Troubleshoot data related incidents
  • Research and document rules and requirements for the enforcement of secure protocols and data integrity
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

  • Activity Status Reports (as needed)
  • Knowledge of Data Policy & Procedures Guide



Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in the Prepaid product industry, preferably with some experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data Management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence people and drive decisions.
  • Foster Teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Solid technical background with ability to rapidly learn new product or platform capabilities and apply knowledge to efficient operational procedures / practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in presenting to C level executives.
  • Ability to explain complex, technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields highly desired.
  • CPM or PMP Certification a plus, but not required.
