Position Overview

Taycor Financial, powered by North Mill Equipment Finance LLC is seeking a National Account – Vendor Finance Specialist to develop and manage strategic relationships with equipment manufacturers, OEMs, dealers, distributors, and other vendor partners.

The role is focused on building scalable, repeatable vendor finance programs that help partners sell more equipment and provide their customers with a competitive financing solution. The Specialist will work closely with senior vendor leadership and their sales organizations to understand their business objectives, develop financing strategies, and drive adoption throughout their distribution channels.

This is a sales and business-development role requiring strong relationship skills, equipment finance knowledge, risk assessment, and the ability to work collaboratively across sales, credit, operations, and servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Program Development

  • Develop, acquire, and manage national vendor and OEM relationships.
  • Build deep relationships with manufacturer executives, dealer principals, sales leaders, and other key channel partners.
  • Develop financing programs aligned with the vendor’s sales strategy, customer base, equipment, and distribution model.
  • Identify opportunities to increase financing penetration, equipment sales, and market share.
  • Develop and execute account plans and measurable growth strategies for assigned programs.

Sales & Channel Development

  • Drive financing opportunities through vendor, dealer, distributor, and direct-sales channels.
  • Work with vendor sales teams to educate them on Taycor’s programs, credit appetite, products, and value proposition.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financing adoption and win rates.
  • Participate in vendor sales meetings, dealer visits, training sessions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Build relationships throughout the channel rather than relying solely on a single vendor contact.

Transaction & Program Execution

  • Originate, qualify, and help structure transactions generated through assigned programs.
  • Understand Taycor’s credit guidelines and identify quality opportunities before submission.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, documentation, and servicing teams to provide consistent execution and service levels.
  • Help resolve transaction issues quickly and maintain clear communication with partners and customers.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Understand the vendor’s business model, competitive environment, equipment offerings, sales objectives, and customer base.
  • Regularly review program performance, pipeline, conversion, and funding activity with partners.
  • Recommend adjustments to financing programs, credit guidelines, pricing, or processes when appropriate.
  • Identify additional products, equipment categories, dealers, or geographic markets that can expand the relationship.
Performance Expectations

Success will be measured by:

  • Funded volume and revenue generated through assigned programs.
  • Growth in financing penetration and vendor market share.
  • New vendor and dealer relationship development.
  • Dealer/channel activation and engagement.
  • Repeat business and program utilization.
  • Pipeline development and conversion.
  • Account profitability and credit quality.
  • Partner retention and satisfaction.
  • Successful implementation and growth of new vendor programs.
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of equipment finance and/or related B2B lending experience.

Proven track record with a verifiable book of business preferred.

The Taycor Approach

Taycor views vendor finance as a partnership, not simply a source of financing. Our objective is to understand how our partners sell equipment and develop financing programs that help them increase sales while maintaining healthy economics.

The successful candidate will be consultative, entrepreneurial, persistent, and relationship focused. They will be comfortable selling to senior executives while also working directly with dealer sales teams and customers to make the program successful.

This is a producing relationship-management role. The expectation is to build programs, activate channels, generate business, and create long-term partnerships that produce consistent, repeatable origination.
