Join Trinity Boston Connects (TBC)
Trinity Boston Connects (TBC) is a social justice nonprofit focused on healing the impact of systemic racism on youth of color and creating a more equitable Boston for youth to thrive. TBC integrates Trauma-Informed Care, Restorative Justice, and Racial Equity across three programs: Sole Train (after school), Trinity Education for Excellence Program (TEEP) (out of school), and Circle Keepers (during school). We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, has a growth mindset, and can default to gratitude.
About the Role
You will facilitate and teach restorative and conflict resolution practices across the Youth Development & Leadership (YDL) pathway at schools and partner organizations, and support TBC's school and organization relationships. The role draws on therapeutic and mental health best practices, including group-based and peer-to-peer support models. The work includes leading circles across TBC's programs, managing interns, and supporting a culture of care, resilience, and connection. Ideal candidates are grounded in racial equity and trauma-informed practice, with a deep belief in the healing power of community.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, self-sufficient, and enjoys working with youth. You do not need to be an expert on youth or restorative justice, but you must have a learner mindset, be comfortable with feedback, and believe that relationships are levers for this work.
