This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact global events strategy within an innovative technology environment.
You will own the planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, executive gatherings, product launches, and live demonstrations.
The role combines experiential marketing, operational excellence, creative storytelling, and complex hardware logistics.
You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, and executive stakeholders to create memorable experiences.
Your work will help strengthen brand visibility, engage customers and partners, support pipeline growth, and generate meaningful industry momentum.
You will manage multiple events, vendors, budgets, schedules, and on-site operations while ensuring every activation runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for an experienced events leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building new playbooks from the ground up.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for major industry conferences and trade shows across robotics, manufacturing, logistics, technology, and related sectors.
- Develop and manage the broader event strategy, master events calendar, timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and operational requirements across multiple simultaneous activations.
- Manage event vendors, booth design and construction, shipping, equipment logistics, travel, accommodations, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Plan and deliver product launches, executive events, customer summits, press activations, and experiential marketing programs that generate customer engagement and industry visibility.
- Coordinate live product and hardware demonstrations with Engineering and Product teams, including technical logistics, safety requirements, demonstration environments, and scripts.
- Partner with PR, Communications, Creative, and Brand teams to align event messaging, visual presentation, media access, and launch campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales to connect event strategies with pipeline objectives, account-based marketing priorities, customer engagement, and broader growth goals.
- Coordinate invite lists, VIP experiences, executive participation, speaking engagements, panels, and stakeholder communications.
- Brief internal teams and executives on event objectives, logistics, schedules, messaging, and responsibilities.
- Evaluate new event opportunities, measure event ROI, prepare post-event reporting, and provide actionable recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
- 6+ years of professional events management experience, ideally within B2B technology, robotics, advanced manufacturing, logistics technology, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale trade shows, conferences, corporate events, product launches, and experiential activations from concept through execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.
- Proven experience managing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating external partners and service providers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, executives, sales teams, creative professionals, customers, partners, and media.
- Experience using event management platforms and marketing technologies such as Cvent, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
- Strong creative judgment and an eye for brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and compelling physical environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where processes and playbooks may need to be developed along the way.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues quickly.
- Experience with live product or hardware demonstrations is highly valuable.
- Background in robotics, automation, logistics technology, deep technology, or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with PR, media relations, and executive thought leadership events is an additional advantage.
- Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
- Annual base salary of $96,000–$124,000 USD, with final compensation based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market conditions.
