Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for preschool-aged children.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive guidance and interaction.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Supervise children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play.
- Support individualized learning plans and adapt activities to meet diverse needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Assist with classroom management and record-keeping as required.

Requirements:kills and Qualifications:
- CDA, associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
- Familiarity/training in HighScope curriculum.
- Prior experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in early childhood education.
