Job Type: Full-time, M-F 8am-5pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. In this role, you will manage filing systems, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth functioning of our office environment, all while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the hospice team
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Experience/Education:
Minimum one year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Experience in healthcare or hospice settings preferred.
High school diploma, college degree preferred.
Skills:
Excellent computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Teams a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
