• Support production, packaging, quality, sanitation, or general operations depending on department needs.
• Assemble, handle, or process meat and poultry products according to specifications.
• Follow production standards, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as packing, sorting, loading, or hand motions.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Meet daily output targets and support workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to work in cold environments (35°F–45°F).
• Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Cold production environment with exposure to raw poultry/meat.
• Wet floors and fast-paced, repetitive tasks.
• Required PPE includes smocks, rubber-soled shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing protection, and hard hats.
• GMP and HACCP awareness required.

• Standing 8–12 hours per shift.
• Frequent repetitive hand motions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.

• Day, evening, or night shifts available.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
