Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability
  • Develop and update menu items in collaboration with culinary staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction

Pay Details:

  • Salary Range: $ $57,165.00 - $66,915.00 per year.
  • Salary is calculated based on years of experience and Education.
  • Pay Increase upon successful completion of training
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
