PPRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Location: Denver, CO (On-site/Hybrid)

Reports To: Executive Producer

Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting Brand Revolution’s production team with coordination, scheduling, staffing, and delivering projects while keeping them on time, on budget, and on creative brief. This role works closely with Brand Revolution’s production and post team, along with numerous outside vendors to shape raw footage into polished stories that align with client goals and brand standards. Production Coordinator is a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to expand their technical knowledge.

Key skills:

Project Management

  • 1+ years working in a commercial production environment with work samples demonstrating collaboration with production companies, agencies and/or brands.

  • Strong communication skills, builds trust with clients through persistence and reliability.

  • Coordinates multiple projects across different clients involving an ever-changing rotation of staff and vendors working simultaneously.

Collaboration

  • Comfortable working with team members in both Production and Post-Production (Producers, Production Managers, Production Crew, Post-Producer, Editor, etc)

  • Works independently; self-directed as needed to advance work without oversight.

  • Works as a team member; collaborates as needed on a team of highly motivated filmmakers.

Budgeting and scheduling

  • Has regular communication with a roster of outside vendors for invoicing, vendor agreements, scheduling, and endless pleasant chit chat.

  • Familiarity with post production bidding using AICP best practices is a major plus.

  • Spreadsheet skills for generation of financial reports, tracking hours and profitability is a major plus.

Technical

  • Stays on the cutting edge of creative trends and technology.

  • Proficiency working with Google suite, updating templates, and process documents.

  • Understanding of the commercial production pipeline from Pre-Production through delivery

  • Technical knowledge of video formats and standards is a major plus. Writes delivery matrices and QCs work involving versioning and resizing via multiple formats and channels to hit specs.

  • Builds and maintains post-production process documents and ensures standards are adhered to.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

  • Position Type: Full-time, indoor desk position at our Denver studio. Some hybrid work is allowed.

  • Physical Effort: Requires remaining in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while operating a computer and other office productivity equipment.

  • Visual & Manual Skills: Involves continuous focus on computer screens and frequent repetitive typing/mouse use.

  • May be exposed to flashing colors and loud sounds as part of the editing process.

  • Communication: Regular professional interaction over phone, video conference, and written messaging.

  • Environment: Typical office environment with moderate noise levels, low physical effort, and occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
