EEC Solutions is looking for 6 CADP Training and Development Specialists contract faculty in the DAF Civilian Associate
Degree Program (CADP) at the Civilian Leadership Development School (CLDS), Maxwell AFB-Gunter
Annex.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The CADP Training and Development Specialist serves as contract faculty in the DAF Civilian Associate Degree Program (CADP) at the Civilian Leadership Development School (CLDS), Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex. The instructor teaches online, university-level leadership and management courses to Department of the Air Force civilian employees, grades and gives substantive feedback on student writing and oral presentations and supports continuous improvement of the CADP curriculum.

Each CADP instructor teaches up to 20 online sections per year. Sections normally run 8-9 weeks with up to 10 hours of instructor engagement per week, and an instructor may carry up to four (4) sections at a time. Because Air University's accrediting body limits the ratio of contract faculty to full-time Government faculty, the contract requires the SAME six (6) full-time T&DS to be assigned to CADP; continuity and retention in this role are critical.

Number of openings: 6 (full-time). Reports to the EEC Contract Manager/Team Lead; day-to-day coordination through the T&DS functional POC and the CADP Department Head / Faculty of Record.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach up to 20 online CADP sections per year (8-9 weeks each, up to 10 hours of engagement per section per week; up to 4 concurrent sections).
Deliver instruction in synchronous and asynchronous online environments, primarily in ASU Canvas and Microsoft Teams, with a blended/resident component as required.
Grade all writing and oral presentation assignments using the approved rubrics and enter specific feedback and grades in the LMS no later than 3 working days after the assignment is due.
Compute and post final course grades no later than 3 duty days after the last instructional period.
Provide timely, substantive, qualitative feedback that improves both student performance and the program itself.
Respond to student inquiries within 1 business day and escalate issues to the Department Head, Faculty of Record, or Course Director as appropriate.
Attend CADP curriculum committee and other CLDS team meetings as required.
Participate in the annual Faculty 620 Review, which includes evaluation of feedback provided to students; maintain a Faculty Portfolio.
Complete the mandatory CADP Faculty Preparation Course and other CADP/AETC instructor training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
- Education: Master's or doctoral degree in Management or Leadership or a related discipline, OR a master's degree with a concentration of 18 graduate hours in Management or Leadership.
- One (1) year of experience on an LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, or similar technology).
- One (1) year of experience in synchronous live teaching on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect, or a like collaboration platform.
- One (1) year of experience as an instructor in online university-level education.
- Air Force civilian (civil service) or Air Force military experience, OR completion of Air Force intermediate or senior-level Professional Military Education.
- Two (2) years of Air Force academic writing experience.
- Must complete the mandatory CADP Faculty Preparation Course and other CADP-specific T&DS training required by AETC and/or local requirements. The locally taught Academic Instructor Course is strongly recommended.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Academic Instructor Course (or equivalent Air Force instructor course).
- Prior Air University, AETC, or other regionally accredited (SACSCOC) faculty experience.
- Doctoral degree; experience with Skillsoft Percipio and Articulate 360.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Schedule: Full-time; approx. 1,912 hours/year. Normal hours 0730-1630, Monday-Friday; deviations may be required for class schedules and students in other time zones/overseas.
- Location: On-site at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, with resident courses on base or in the local area. Candidate must reside in (or relocate to) the Montgomery, AL commuting area. Situational telework only as determined by the Government; any regular alternate-worksite arrangement must be COR-approved before hire, at no cost to the Government.
- Base access: Must obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) - favorable fingerprint check and Tier 1 background investigation (Government-submitted); REAL ID-compliant credential required for base entry.
- Mandatory training: Annual Cyber Awareness, Force Protection, and DoD CUI (#IF141.06) training, plus Privacy Act and other installation training required by the contractor.
- Systems: Air Force e-Learning (Skillsoft Percipio) and ASU Canvas (primary); Blackboard/Moodle (secondary); Microsoft Teams (Zoom secondary); Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office Suite; GenAI.mil secure AI tools.
