Key Responsibilities:
Provides advanced administrative support to one or more departments or senior leaders by managing complex schedules, communications, reporting, and coordination activities. Supports operational efficiency through proactive planning, information management, and cross-functional coordination while serving as a key administrative resource for internal and external stakeholders.
All roles at Signia are expected to support the company’s operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization’s business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
Key Deliverables of the Position
1) Deposit checks and cash, apply payments to invoices, apply and record customer deposits and prepayments, set up new customers and vendors, and communicate with the Hartzell AP team.
2) Organized and efficient information management and filing systems
3) Efficient administrative support enabling leadership and team productivity
4) Strong coordination and communication support across departments and stakeholders
5) Support HR with new hires, benefits, and communication with employees.
6) Support cross-functional teams, including quality, EHS, etc.
Requirements:Education and Experience
· Comprehensive knowledge of office administration and coordination
· Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
· High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
· Typically requires a high school diploma and 4–6 years of administrative experience
· Works under minimal supervision
