Job Title: Corporate Administrative Assistant

Location: Corporate Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position Overview

Florida & Texas Currency Exchange is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Corporate Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative needs of our corporate office and branch operations.

This position will work closely with corporate leadership and various departments to assist with communication, documentation, reporting, employee and branch requests, customer inquiries, recordkeeping, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with multiple priorities, and able to handle confidential business and employee information professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to corporate leadership and management.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Assist with preparing, organizing, scanning, filing, and maintaining company documents and records.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, contact lists, branch information, and other administrative records.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and timely.
  • Communicate with branch managers and employees regarding corporate requests, documents, supplies, and follow-up items.
  • Assist with ordering and tracking office, branch, uniform, and other company supplies.
  • Help monitor outstanding tasks and follow up with appropriate employees or departments.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, Zoom calls, interviews, appointments, and other corporate activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, emails, memos, forms, and other business documents as requested.
  • Assist Human Resources with administrative tasks, employee documentation, recruiting coordination, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and other departments as needed.
  • Assist with customer orders, website inquiries, and general customer follow-up when assigned.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Handle confidential employee, customer, and company information with discretion.
  • Assist with preparing reports and gathering information requested by management.
  • Help ensure corporate office areas and administrative materials remain organized and professional.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative, office, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and similar business applications.
  • Ability to learn new software and company systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.
Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time, hourly position paying $17.00 per hour. The employee will work from the Corporate Office during established business hours. Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
