Description:
The Social Media Manager will support TRiO SSS outreach and engagement by managing program social media.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule posts promoting events, services, and deadlines
Design graphics and short-form content
Collaborate with staff on messaging and campaigns
Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
Track basic analytics and suggest improvements
Ensure content aligns with TRiO branding and accessibility standards
Eligible for Federal Work-Study and currently enrolled
Strong written communication and basic social media knowledge
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and Facebook
Basic design skills or willingness to learn (e.g., Canva)
Organized, reliable, and able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
This position is a part of the Federal work-study program, to qualify you must be a State Fair Community College student enrolled in the current semester and eligible for Financial Aid thorough the Federal Work-study program.
