Job Description
The Receptionist essential responsibilities include the list below. Other duties may be assigned.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update office calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, completing print and scan jobs, etc.

• High School degree / GED
• Minimum of 3 years of Administration, front desk experience
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Exceptional communications skills via phone, email and in person
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Detail oriented and comfortable with multi-tasking
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer Service attitude
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
