Processes title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles. Verifies and submits documentation to DMV. Communicates with sales, finance, and customers to resolve title issues. Ensures every transaction complies with state and federal regulations. Must have prior dealership and/or DMV titling experience. Outstanding organization and follow-up skills. A love for paperwork (yes, really!) Desire to provide a high level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
