The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. In this role, you are the first point of contact for potential clients, and your mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience that leads to scheduling high-quality, in-home consultations with our Design Specialists.
This is not a sales or cold-calling position. You will be engaging with warm leads generated directly from our marketing campaigns.
Requirements:Your Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- An outgoing and positive phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
