If you enjoy solving infrastructure challenges and building scalable cloud solutions, this role offers strong career growth and international exposure.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute migrations from legacy systems into cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments while ensuring minimal disruption and operational continuity.
  • Assess, size, deploy, and optimize compute, storage, networking, and hosting infrastructure across enterprise data centers and public cloud platforms.
  • Support application modernization efforts, including native cloud deployments, containerized workloads, and modern infrastructure solutions.
  • Apply cloud security, backup, disaster recovery, and data protection best practices throughout migration and hosting processes.
  • Utilize standardized migration methodologies and tools to deliver consistent, scalable, and repeatable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate infrastructure initiatives and technical delivery.
  • Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams, migration strategies, deployment procedures, and solution blueprints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with infrastructure migration and hosting projects in enterprise or cloud environments.
  • Strong experience with multi-cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proven expertise using migration tools such as Azure Migrate, AWS MGN, HCX, Carbonite, or similar technologies.
  • Experience deploying and managing enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, and networking infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
  • Familiarity with containers, orchestration platforms, serverless technologies, and cloud-native infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, or Ansible is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across global virtual teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with occasional travel requirements for complex project engagements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $69,450 to $119,450 depending on experience and location.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within Canada with hybrid collaboration opportunities when needed.
  • Exposure to global enterprise transformation and cloud modernization projects.
  • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge cloud, automation, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong career development, training, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment with international teams and innovative projects.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and employee support programs.
  • Opportunity to contribute to impactful, high-visibility initiatives in a globally recognized technology environment.
