People & Culture Business Partner I in Canton, Massachusetts at Rockland Federal Credit Union

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner I to support key People & Culture operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and HR administration, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with employee relations documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Maintain employee records and HRIS data, including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminationsProcess bi-weekly payroll and related employee data changesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure completion of required employment documentationRun HR reports, audits, and compliance reviews to support data integrityRespond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR processesServe as a scribe for employee relations meetings and maintain accurate documentationSupport recruiting activities, including scheduling and candidate coordinationAssist with HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiativesProvide administrative support to the People & Culture team

1–3 years of Human Resources, administrative, payroll, or operations experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExperience with HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferredPayroll processing or payroll support experience preferredStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExperience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment preferredHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or coursework in progress is a plus

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $68,000 /annually excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role. We also offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your overall well-being and success.
