Accountabilities:

  • Oversee content production and editorial quality across formats such as articles, landing pages, newsletters, videos, webinars, and promotional assets.
  • Manage and mentor a Content Marketing Analyst, while coordinating freelancers and external contributors as needed.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that enhance customer journeys, improve engagement, and support lead generation and conversion goals.

  • Leverage analytics tools and performance data to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead social media strategy execution and ensure effective audience segmentation, targeting, and content personalization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, editorial, or communications roles.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful content strategies across multiple digital platforms and formats.
  • Strong expertise in content performance analysis, customer journey mapping, segmentation, and persona development.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing content tools and platforms such as WordPress, Marketo, Google Analytics, and social media management systems.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluency in French is considered a strong asset.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work flexibility within Canada, supporting work-life balance and autonomy.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks (approximately $102,000–$130,000 CAD).
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and employee assistance programs.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling to support personal and professional balance.
  • Strong focus on professional development, training opportunities, and continuous learning support.
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture centered on equity, diversity, and social impact.
  • Opportunities to contribute to meaningful work that supports global education and inclusion initiatives.
