This role is a senior marketing leadership position focused on shaping and executing high-impact content strategies across both B2B and B2C audiences. The Associate Director will oversee the full content ecosystem, ensuring consistent storytelling across digital channels while driving engagement, acquisition, and customer value. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on editorial oversight, including campaign development, content production, and performance optimization. It also involves leading and mentoring a content marketing analyst while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and customer experience. With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, the position plays a key role in optimizing the middle of the funnel and supporting revenue growth. - Define and execute end-to-end B2B and B2C content marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including web, email, social media, mobile, blogs, and campaigns.
- Oversee content production and editorial quality across formats such as articles, landing pages, newsletters, videos, webinars, and promotional assets.
- Manage and mentor a Content Marketing Analyst, while coordinating freelancers and external contributors as needed.
- Develop integrated campaigns that enhance customer journeys, improve engagement, and support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and storytelling across all touchpoints, collaborating with internal communications and cross-functional teams.
- Leverage analytics tools and performance data to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead social media strategy execution and ensure effective audience segmentation, targeting, and content personalization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, editorial, or communications roles.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful content strategies across multiple digital platforms and formats.
- Strong expertise in content performance analysis, customer journey mapping, segmentation, and persona development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing content tools and platforms such as WordPress, Marketo, Google Analytics, and social media management systems.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in French is considered a strong asset.
