Total Earning Potential: $16.20 – $22.00+ / hour (Base + Uncapped Commission)Work Location & FlexibilityWe are growing! We are currently hiring talent in two ways:

  • On-Site: Join our team at our Roseburg, Oregon call center.

  • Remote: For Oregon based workers only: work from the comfort of your home (must meet technical requirements listed below).

  • The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inbound Sales Agent to join our team, focusing primarily on a single, high-demand health product line. We do offer a diverse client base so all employees are trained across multiple campaigns. This is a performance-based role where your primary goal is to close sales generated by inbound calls—no cold calling required.

    Pay & Benefits
  • Base Wage: $14.20 per hour (Guaranteed).

    • Commission: Uncapped earning potential. Average performers earn an additional $3–$5 per hour in commission.

    • Top Performers: Our top 10% of earners average $22.00+ per hour total.

  • Shift Differentials: Extra pay for overnight hours. Incentives for weekend shifts/attendance.

  • Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision (Full-time), Sick Pay (All), and the ability to work from home to save on commuting costs!

  • What You’ll Do
  • Convert inbound calls into sales by identifying customer needs.

  • Provide a top-notch customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and auto-shipments.

  • Maintain flexibility to be cross-trained on other campaigns as needed.

  • What You’ll Need
  • Sales Drive: Proven sales experience OR a high level of motivation to close leads.

  • Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are non-negotiable.

  • Communication: Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

  • Age: Must be 16 years of age or older.

  • Mandatory Training & SchedulingUpcoming Training Classes (Attendance is Mandatory):

  • Class A: Jan 14–15 (7am–3:30pm PT). Must work 2 shifts between Jan 16–18.

  • Class B: Jan 21–22 (7am–3:30pm PT). Must work 2 shifts between Jan 23–25.

  • Availability Requirements: Our call volume includes nights and weekends. You must be available for 3 out of 4 days between Friday and Monday.

    Technical Requirements (For Remote Workers)Remote offers are contingent on passing a technical screening.

  • Internet: Wired high-speed (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up). No Wi-Fi.

  • PC Only: No Macs, Chromebooks, or Linux.

  • Hardware: Intel Core i5+ (4+ cores), 8GB RAM, 100GB HD space.

  • Monitor: 17” or larger (1440x900+ resolution). 15” laptop screens are not compatible with our software.

  • Gear: Wired headset and webcam.
