What You’ll Need as our next HVAC Technician

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC Experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
• Strong communication & customer service skills — you represent the brand on every call
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including tight spaces and varying temperatures
