Location: Stockton, CA | Schedule: Monday–Friday,
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and professional Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team and support our operations in California. This role is perfect for someone with administrative skills and light supervisory experience, ready to grow into a leadership track.

Make a real impact by supporting both administrative operations and field quality.

Provide administrative support.
Assist with coaching, correcting, and training officers to meet company expectations.
Support and guide Field Supervisors to help improve patrol service quality.
Oversee and maintain accurate client files, SOPs, and officer records.
Track and verify schedules, payroll, PTO, and vehicle assignments.
Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain organized personnel documentation.
Stand post when needed.
Has 1+ years of admin or ops support experience, preferably in security or logistics.
Has 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience (even informal leadership counts).
Is comfortable giving feedback and direction to officers and junior field staff.
Possesses strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Is confident using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
Can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
