Eagles Point Security — one of California's fastest-growing security companies — is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure client satisfaction across a dedicated portfolio in Stockton. Position: Account Manager Location: Stockton, CA (On-Site) Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required; occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs) Pay: $60,000 annually | Bonus & Incentive Programs discussed during interview

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts and ensure service standards are met
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessary
  • Act as primary liaison between clients and the company, building trust and strong partnerships
  • Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy
  • Monitor and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Conduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps
  • Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development efforts
  • Establish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security (Required)
  • Prior supervisory experience in a security or field operations setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor management
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
