Position Title: Contract Healthcare Recruiter | Human Resource Consultant
Location: Remote (Candidates must have extensive knowledge of California labor law)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced HR consultants for a Contract Healthcare Recruiting assignment. The ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Full-cycle healthcare recruiting (clinical and non-clinical roles)
- Physician and advanced practice provider (APP) recruitment
- Allied health and nursing recruitment (RNs, LVNs, MAs, techs, etc.)
- Clinical research staffing (ex. PI, Sub PI, Clinical Research Directors, Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Trial Assistants, Regulatory roles)
- Behavioral health and specialty care recruitment
- High-volume recruiting in multi-site healthcare environments (ex. ASCs, clinics, MSOs)
- Sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and passive candidate engagement
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, experience in ADP WorkforceNow preferred
- Interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Compliance with healthcare hiring regulations (multi-state)

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting or HR consulting experience
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, CROs, or multi-site provider groups
- Strong understanding of credentialing, privileging, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Engagement Details:
- Contract-based (1099)
- Remote with potential for occasional on-site support (if applicable)
- Flexible hours based on project scope
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field - REQUIRED.
- Minimum five years of professional-level experience, with a focus on one or more of the specified specializations.
- Extensive knowledge of California labor laws and regulations is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
- HR certification highly preferred.

Work Environment:
This position works under normal office conditions but also requires driving to client locations.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 20 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Must be able to travel when required.
