About the Internship
Witte Brothers Exchange is seeking motivated, analytical college students to join our Operations Management Internship Program. This 10-week, hands-on rotational internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to how a logistics and transportation business operates from start to finish.
Interns are immersed in the full order lifecycle—from customer engagement through delivery and payment reconciliation—gaining a clear understanding of how each department works together to ensure operational success.

June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Program Structure
Interns rotate through key business functions to gain broad operational exposure, including:
- Sales Operations
- Logistics Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Fleet Maintenance
- Dispatch and Load Coordination
- Financial Operations
- Leadership and Professional Skills Development
This is an active, working internship with meaningful responsibilities—not job shadowing.
