You will shape first impressions, build meaningful connections with candidates, and ensure every hiring experience reflects our values. By partnering closely with hiring managers and engaging thoughtfully with candidates, you help build teams that are not only capable, but aligned with our purpose and culture.
What You’ll Do
You will lead and support the full recruitment lifecycle while creating a positive and mission-aligned candidate experience:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define clear role expectations
- Develop and manage job postings that attract aligned, high-quality candidates
- Actively source candidates through community partnerships, schools, job boards, and networking
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Screen applicants and guide qualified candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate and support interviews, ensuring consistency and quality in evaluation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, building trust and engagement
- Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
- Support offer development, including compensation recommendations and start details
- Coordinate pre-employment processes (background checks, drug screens, assessments)
- Contribute to onboarding and help ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success
- Represent Good Place Holdings at job fairs, community events, and on social media
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable laws and company policies
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Associates degree in Human Resources preferred or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of recruiting practices, employment laws, and candidate evaluation
- Experience with Applicant tracking Systems, sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, ADP etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound judgment and ability to assess both skill and culture alignment
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset
Certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus.
Work Environment
- Primarily in-office, with occasional hybrid flexibility as approved
- Standard office setting with moderate computer-based work
