Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing leadership, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence revenue outcomes and help align the organization around long-term growth priorities.
- Lead and support strategic planning initiatives that define multi-year and annual revenue growth objectives in collaboration with cross-functional leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain analytical models and insights to evaluate sales performance and support business forecasting and planning decisions.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate strategy into execution, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and performance outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and narratives to communicate insights and strategic recommendations.
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue targets and develop data-driven mitigation or optimization plans.
- Collaborate across Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to strengthen cross-functional alignment and execution consistency.
- Drive strategic projects that improve sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and go-to-market performance.
- Support continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
- 5–8 years of experience in consulting, finance, business operations, sales strategy, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong background in data analysis, business modeling, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives.
- Highly collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
- Nice to have: experience with SQL, BigQuery, DataBricks, or other big data tools.
- Nice to have: experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy or SaaS sales environments.
- Strong bias for action, curiosity, and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $113,050 to $146,300 CAD.
