Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Sales Cloud

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Sales Cloud in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce implementation expertise, business consulting, and solution design within a fast-evolving digital transformation environment. You will work closely with enterprise clients to translate complex sales and revenue operations requirements into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. The position involves leading end-to-end implementations, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, architects, and developers, to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. A strong focus is placed on optimizing sales processes and enabling customers to fully leverage the Salesforce platform. This is a client-facing, hands-on consulting role where you will influence solution strategy and execution. The environment is dynamic, innovation-driven, and centered on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Gather and define client requirements, translating them into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flow and other point-and-click capabilities.
  • Support solution architecture and contribute to the design of Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations.
  • Partner with AI and technical teams to develop innovative, data-driven Salesforce solutions.
  • Guide clients through solution options, trade-offs, and implementation approaches in a consultative manner.
  • Participate in testing, QA, and deployment activities, ensuring solution quality and stability.
  • Apply Salesforce platform knowledge to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient implementations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, incorporating new capabilities into client solutions.
  • Contribute to project governance, including lifecycle management, release planning, and best practices adherence.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation or consulting roles.
  • 3+ years of direct experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration or development-related work.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and business operations within complex environments.
  • Experience delivering client-facing work, including discovery, design sessions, and solution presentations.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with release management, deployment processes, and application lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex use cases across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders and clients.
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, CPQ, or related) are considered a strong asset.
Benefits
  • Remote-first flexibility with access to regional hubs and collaborative team culture.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce and AI-driven transformation projects.
  • Exposure to enterprise clients and complex digital transformation programs.
  • Flexible working culture based on trust and outcomes rather than fixed schedules.
  • Travel opportunities (up to ~25% depending on role requirements).
  • Strong emphasis on learning, innovation, and continuous Salesforce skill development.
  • Collaborative, supportive environment with regular team engagement and knowledge sharing.
