In this role, you will support enterprise-wide sourcing activities by managing RFx processes, analyzing supplier data, and contributing to strategic procurement initiatives across multiple indirect spend categories. You will play a key part in identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with global procurement standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will help shape category strategies and support contract negotiations. This position offers exposure to a wide range of procurement functions, including technology, travel, fleet, and facilities. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential. - Manage RFx processes using eProcurement tools to support sourcing activities across multiple categories
- Support and lead sourcing projects following structured procurement methodologies
- Analyze supplier data and market information to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities
- Assist in developing category strategies and improving procurement policies and procedures
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve indirect cost reductions and improved commercial terms
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual SLAs and address any service or compliance issues
- Conduct supplier reviews and support ongoing vendor relationship management
- Collaborate with internal business units to ensure alignment on sourcing needs and supplier engagement
- Identify and develop alternative supply sources when existing suppliers are no longer competitive
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement standards, policies, and governance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in fast-paced, virtual, and dynamic environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Familiarity with eSourcing and eProcurement tools such as SharePoint or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies
- CPSM certification is considered an asset
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 CAD per year
