Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Revenue Operations in Canada.
This is a high-impact strategic leadership role responsible for building and optimizing the systems, data infrastructure, and processes that power the entire go-to-market engine. You will connect Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Payments into a unified revenue operation that enables predictable growth and data-driven decision-making. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will shape forecasting, improve funnel efficiency, and ensure operational alignment across teams. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring someone equally comfortable designing board-level revenue models and fixing underlying data or system issues. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will play a critical role in scaling revenue performance and improving visibility across the full customer lifecycle.
- Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including GTM planning, quota modeling, forecasting, and annual revenue planning in collaboration with Finance and executive leadership.
- Build and maintain accurate, board-level revenue forecasts across subscriptions, payments, and add-on products, ensuring strong alignment between pipeline, churn, and ARR performance.
- Audit, optimize, and manage the full GTM tech stack, improving data quality, attribution logic, and workflow automation across systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Design and refine funnel architecture across PLG, sales-assist, and expansion motions, including conversion tracking, SLA definitions, and performance dashboards.
- Lead initiatives to improve pipeline efficiency, including lead scoring models, routing systems, and conversion optimization across key funnel stages.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver actionable insights, pricing experiments, and revenue growth strategies.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise with modern GTM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, marketing automation tools, BI platforms, and subscription or CPQ systems.
- Proven ability to build accurate revenue forecasts and translate complex data into actionable, board-ready insights.
- Experience optimizing funnel performance and improving conversion rates across multi-stage SaaS sales cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and growth-oriented environment with high autonomy.
- Competitive compensation aligned with market benchmarks for senior SaaS roles in Canada.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage from day one.
- RRSP matching program to support long-term financial planning.
- Unlimited vacation policy based on trust and accountability.
- Annual learning and development stipend to support professional growth.
- Home office allowance to build an effective remote workspace.
- Wellness support programs, including mental health and family-building benefits.
- Remote-first flexibility with optional in-person collaboration opportunities and company off-sites.
