Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support content creation across our consumer retail and B2B business lines. This role will help create engaging content that connects with audiences across jewelry, luxury resale, precious metals, re-commerce, and IT asset disposition. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys writing, storytelling, social media, and learning how brands connect with customers. This is a hands-on role with exposure to video content, social media, email campaigns, website copy, educational content, promotional campaigns, and brand messaging. This position is well suited for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who wants to develop practical marketing experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting
• Write and edit copy for social media posts, video scripts, email campaigns, landing pages, website content, and promotional materials
• Help develop clear, engaging messaging for both consumer and B2B audiences
• Translate business ideas, product details, and service offerings into simple, customer-friendly content
• Support content development across multiple brands
Social Media & Video Content Support
• Assist in developing ideas for short-form videos, reels, product features, educational content, and promotional content
• Collaborate with the video and creative team to turn content ideas into finished assets
• Help prepare scripts, talking points, captions, and outlines for video shoots
• Support content that may include product highlights, educational tips, customer walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, and brand storytelling
• Participate in video or social content when appropriate, with comfort or willingness to develop on-camera presence considered a plus
Brand Messaging & Campaign Support
• Help maintain consistent brand voice across social, web, email, video, and advertising channels
• Assist with messaging for campaigns, seasonal promotions, store initiatives, and educational content
• Support content calendars and help ensure content is produced and delivered on schedule
• Contribute ideas for campaigns that improve engagement, build trust, and support customer acquisition
Educational & Promotional Content
• Assist in creating educational content around jewelry, watches, precious metals, luxury resale, IT asset disposition, data security, compliance, and related topics
• Help create promotional content for featured products, store events, special offers, and customer education
• Research relevant trends, customer questions, and industry topics that can be turned into useful content
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Review content performance across social media, email, website, and campaign channels
• Help identify what types of content drive engagement, interest, and customer action
• Use feedback and performance data to improve future content ideas and messaging
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Interest in storytelling, social media, branding, advertising, or digital content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand voice and style guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn about jewelry, watches, precious metals, resale, e-commerce, and B2B services
Preferred
• Internship, coursework, student organization, portfolio, or personal project experience related to content, writing, social media, marketing, journalism, or advertising
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury products, retail, resale, or educational content
• Comfort with, or willingness to develop, on-camera presentation skills for select content opportunities
• Basic experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is curious, creative, organized, and comfortable turning ideas into clear content. They should enjoy learning new topics, writing for different audiences, and collaborating with others to produce marketing materials that are both engaging and useful.This person does not need to be an expert in jewelry, luxury goods, or B2B on day one. However, they should be excited to learn and capable of translating that knowledge into content customers can understand and trust.
